Princess Mononoke: Soundtrack [2LP Import]

The gatefold jacket feels really sturdy, and the vinyl itself has a nice weight to it. I’ve been listening to “The Legend of Ashitaka” on repeat, and the orchestral depth comes through beautifully. This import pressing is exactly what I wanted for my Studio Ghibli collection.

The pressing is dead quiet, which lets every note of Joe Hisaishi’s score breathe perfectly. The gatefold sleeve with the film stills is a nice touch. It’s become my go-to for unwinding after work.

I was blown away by how well this 2LP import captures the depth of Joe Hisaishi’s score—the bass on “The Legend of Ashitaka” really rumbles through my speakers. The gatefold packaging feels sturdy and premium, too.
