América! (CD)

Every track feels like a warm evening in Havana, and the polished traditional Cuban sound comes through crystal clear on CD. I've had it on repeat for a week and the rhythm still hits fresh each time.

The brass arrangements on this CD are crisp and lively, exactly what I hoped for from a modern take on classic Cuban big band. I’ve already played it three times through.

The polished, traditional Cuban sound really comes through clean on this CD, exactly what I wanted for my collection. Packaging is simple but sturdy, though I wish there were liner notes included for the musicians.
