The gatefold sleeve feels sturdy and the 12-inch pressing captures Voivod's thrash energy with real punch, especially on the bass-heavy tracks. Spun it three times already and the surface noise is barely there, which says a lot for a standard edition.

The vinyl is dead quiet between tracks, and the 180-gram pressing gives the bass a nice punch that really brings out the old Voivod sound. A solid listen from start to finish.

This pressing captures the low-end rumble of the bass guitar better than my digital copy ever did. The gatefold sleeve is sturdy and the vinyl arrived perfectly flat, no warps at all.
