Miss Black America (CD)

The packaging is solid and the disc feels well-pressed, which matters for a label like SUPERJUMBO. Kirby’s tracks come through clean on my setup, no skips or surface noise. Glad I grabbed this one.

I’d been waiting for this Kirby release to land in my hands, and the compact disc format is perfect for my car without a vinyl deck. The pressing on the 12-inch is crystal clear, and the packaging feels sturdy enough for repeated spins.

The track sequencing on this CD flows really well, especially the transition into the third song. Sound quality is crisp throughout, though I wish the liner notes had a bit more detail. Still, a solid addition to my Kirby collection.
