Hail To The Thief (180g 2xLP)

The 45rpm pressing really brings out the subtleties in the quieter tracks, and the 180g weight keeps the platter steady all the way through. Spinning side three at full volume felt like hearing the album fresh again, and the double LP packaging is solid with no warps or surface noise.

The vinyl feels incredibly thick and sturdy, and the 45rpm pressing makes the subtle electronic textures on "There There" sound huge.

Spinning this at 45rpm really brings out the texture in the instrumentation—the bass sounds so much fuller than my old copy. A fantastic pressing for anyone who loves the album’s raw, layered production.
