The clear vinyl looks stunning on my turntable, catching the light from the window. Jeff Lynne's production really makes the strings pop on "Machine," it's like hearing the album new again.

The pressing is dead quiet between tracks, and the velum clear plastic gives it a frosted look that fits the album's dreamy mood. Liner notes are crisp and easy to read through the translucent disc.

I’ve been a fan of Regina Spektor for years, and this clear vinyl edition of Far sounds incredibly warm and detailed, especially on the track "The Calculation". The collaboration with producers like Jeff Lynne really shines through on this pressing.
