Early Steps (CD)

The mastering on this Faces CD is surprisingly clean—the guitars really cut through. It’s been a great way to hear some of their earlier tracks without any digital noise.

Picked up the Early Steps CD to hear more of Faces' early material, and the sound quality on this disc is clean and well-mastered. It’s a straightforward listen that captures the band’s raw energy perfectly.

The track list on Early Steps is solid, with a good mix of their raw early energy. I just wish the sound quality on a couple of the older recordings was a bit cleaner, but it's still a nice piece for any Faces fan.
