شرب الخور المهد

I've been listening to this vinyl on my turntable every evening since it arrived—the warmth of the analog recording really brings out the tenderness in Beam's voice. The packaging is simple but sturdy, no warps or skips at all.

The pastoral imagery in these songs feels like a faded photograph come to life, and the tape-deck warmth of the recording fits the whole mood perfectly. I keep coming back to “The Trapeze Swinger” — it’s the kind of side that makes you just sit still and listen.

The vinyl pressing is quiet and warm, which really lets the sparse guitar and Beam's hushed vocals breathe like they're in the room with you. It's a perfect soundtrack for a slow Sunday morning, and the pastoral mood comes through exactly as described.
