Put this on and the raw energy of tracks like "Sunbathing Animal" comes through so clear on vinyl. The 12-inch format really lets the lo-fi production breathe in a way streaming doesn't capture.

The gatefold sleeve is sturdier than most indie pressings I own, and the vinyl itself came flat with no warps. Side A kicks off with that raw, lo-fi energy I was hoping for from this 2014 session.

I’d been waiting for a decent pressing of this album and finally got one — the packaging is sturdy and the vinyl is dead quiet between tracks. The raw energy of "Pretty Machines" really comes through on this format.
