The 1978 anime score is finally on vinyl, and the pressing is so quiet you can hear every note of Yuji Ohno’s funky bass lines. Really brings back that late-70s sci-fi mood perfectly.

I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth of the analog recording — Yuji Ohno's synth work really shines on vinyl. The gatefold sleeve is sturdy and the included insert with liner notes adds nice context for a cult classic soundtrack.

The pressing is quiet and the obi strip adds a nice collector's touch. I just wish the packaging included a lyric sheet or liner notes for context. Overall a solid release for any anime soundtrack fan.
