The heavyweight vinyl feels substantial in hand, and the gatefold sleeve has a nice matte finish that really makes the artwork pop. Side A plays with zero pops or skips right out of the package, which is always a relief.

I was pleasantly surprised by how clear the vocals sound on this pressing — Elton’s voice really cuts through without any distortion. The jacket art is beautifully detailed too, a nice touch for a 12-inch.

The heavyweight vinyl feels fantastic and the pressing is dead quiet, letting Elton's vocals really shine through on this classic album. I love the glossy finish on the jacket too, it makes the cover art pop perfectly.
