After Hours (CD)

The packaging is sturdy and the disc itself has that deep, glossy finish you don't see on cheaper pressings. I've had this on repeat in my car for a week and the dark, atmospheric production really comes through clean on the speakers.

The CD's tracklist flows perfectly from that haunting intro through "Blinding Lights" — the production really pops on a decent stereo. I've had it on repeat for days and still catch new details in the layered vocals.

Finally got the CD, and the atmosphere of the album really comes through in the mix—the deep bass on "Blinding Lights" sounds fantastic. It's a solid pressing for late-night drives.
